Hotel policies and rules


Thank you for choosing Hotel "Allegra, Balneo & Spa" Golden Sands.

Please read the hotel policy:


1. These rules have been developed on the basis of the current Bulgarian legislation.

2. Hotel "Allegra, Balneo & Spa" Golden Sands guarantees its guests confidentiality.

3. The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules and do not follow the hotel policy.


1.The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rooms are vacated by 12:00, check-in is after 2:00 p.m.

2.Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to register in the hotel's computer system.

3.Payment for overnight stays is made on the day of your check-in.

4.In case of shortening the number of nights during the stay, a penalty of at least 1 night will be applied.

5.The late check-out service is paid according to the hotel rates:

  • from 12:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. - 25% of the value of the room
  • from 12:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. – 50% of the value of the room.

It is provided to guests only if there are free rooms in the hotel.

If the room is vacated after 12:30, 25% of the value of the room is automatically charged.

6.Rooms are cleaned from 09:00. until 4:00 p.m. If you have put up a "Do not disturb" sign and after 4:00 p.m. if you change it to "Please clean", your room will not be cleaned. You can look for Reception.

7.Wearing wristbands indicating your boarding house is mandatory.

8.Consumption from the minibar is paid according to the announced price list.

9.Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., afternoon snack from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., dinner from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m

10.When taking out or bringing in food and drinks in the restaurant, a fee is charged, which is determined according to the type of item.

11.Please leave your valuables and documents in the reception safe. The guest is responsible for items left unattended in the room or on the hotel grounds

12.Items forgotten by guests are kept for up to 1 month.

13.Please take care of the property of the hotel and observe the fire safety rules. Before leaving your room, please close the windows, water taps, turn off the lights and electrical appliances. The guest compensates the value of the damaged property in the hotel.

14.Please do not use the fire alarm system in the bathroom for no reason.

15.Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved. The hotel is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle in the parking area.

16.You can leave reviews and recommendations in the opinion book at the reception or by filling out a survey card.

17.Guests who do not comply with the general order and do not respect the hotel policy may be forced to leave the complex without refund of pre-paid amounts.

18.When leaving the hotel room, the guest is obliged to personally present the room key card and his wristband and officially declare that he is leaving the hotel.


1.Smoking in all indoor areas of the complex, as well as around the pools, outside the smoking area. If a violation is found, a fee equal to the value of one night's stay will be added to the room bill.

2.The use of electric and gas appliances in the rooms.

3.Handing your room key card to third parties.

4.The storage in the rooms of materials and objects dangerous to the health and life of others.

5.Removing and moving furniture from the rooms.

6.Violation of generally accepted norms of behavior, aggressive behavior and actions threatening the health and property of others.

7.Damage to hotel property.

8.Parking cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel, as well as in a way that blocks traffic.

9.Staying at the hotel with pets.
